EXCHANGE & RETURN
This Policy is owned by Efil Company Tekstil Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Efil Company”) www.daringlittles.com It has been prepared to inform Site visitors and customers who have placed orders (“Buyer”) regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered through the (“Site”).
Regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer; the relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) signed between Efil Company and the Buyer remain valid.
Every product you purchase is under our company's warranty.
Return:
You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags intact. The original packaging must be included in the return.
Exchanges:
Exchange requests can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item for exchange must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached. In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will either issue a refund or provide alternative options.
Process:
Contact our customer service team (hello@daringlittles.com) to initiate your return or exchange. Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. After your order reaches our return warehouse, it is inspected and then your money is refunded to your bank after the original condition approval is given.
If the product is found to be damaged, torn, used or similar and is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.
Refunds:
If you return the product, your refund will be completed within seven (7) business days from the moment the product reaches the company.
After the return transaction is approved, credit card refunds will be made within five (5) business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account in the same statement period. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service.
Shipping Costs:
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined criteria.
Please remember to fill out the included return card with the necessary details and include it in the return package.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for swimwears, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
