Quality & Sustainability

1. What makes Daring Littles swimwear sustainable?

At Daring Littles, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our swimwear is made with Repreve fabric, a high-quality material crafted from recycled plastic bottles. By using this innovative fabric, we help reduce
waste, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and conserve energy compared to traditional polyester.

2. What is Repreve fabric, and why do you use it?

Repreve is a leading, certified recycled fabric made from discarded plastic bottles. It transforms waste into durable, eco-friendly swimwear while keeping plastic out of landfills and oceans. Choosing Repreve means making a responsible choice for the planet without compromising on quality.

3. Are your products ethically made?

Yes! We partner only with manufacturers that meet the highest ethical and environmental standards. Our production facilities are BSCI, GRS, and OEKO-Tex certified, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and sustainable practices.

4. How can I extend the life of my child’s swimwear?

Taking good care of your swimwear helps reduce waste and makes it last
longer. Follow our care guidelines, avoid harsh detergents, and rinse with fresh water after each use. When your little one outgrows it, consider passing it on to another child to give it a second life.

5. Do you offer a recycling or take-back program?

While we don’t currently have a full recycling program, we strongly encourage reusing and repurposing swimwear. Stay tuned as we work towards even more sustainable solutions in the future!

1. Is Daring Littles swimwear unisex?

Yes, it is! At Daring Littles, we create swimwear that speaks to all young
explorers. Our rashguards and surfsuits are designed with both boys and girls in mind, featuring vibrant colors and fun designs inspired by our adventurous characters. Whether it’s Liana, BeeBee, or Tappy, each piece encourages both girls and boys to embrace their inner adventurer!

2. How do I know what size to purchase?

At Daring Littles, we want to ensure the perfect fit for your little adventurer! Our swimwear is designed to fit snugly for maximum comfort and performance in the water. You can find our size guide with
height, waist, and hip measurements on our Size Chart page. If you’re between two sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Ordering &Account

1. Do I need to create an account to order online?

While creating an account with us makes it easier to track your orders and save your preferences, you can also place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when you’re ready to complete your purchase without creating an account.

2. I’ve forgotten my account password. What should I do?

No worries! If you've forgotten your password, just click on “Forgot Password” at the sign-in page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to reset your password right away.

3. Can I see my order history?

Yes! When you log in to your Daring Littles account, you can view your order history from the past two years under the “Orders” section.

4. Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

Once an order is submitted, we’re unable to make changes to it. Please make sure you review your order carefully, including size, color, and style, before hitting “Submit.”

5. How will I know if DaringLittles has received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after submitting your order. If you haven’t received it or are unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re happy to check the status for you!

6. Why did I receive an email saying that an item I ordered was cancelled?

We try our best to ensure accurate inventory, but occasionally items may sell out after an order is placed. If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email notification, and rest assured, we don’t charge for any cancelled
items.

7. Why haven’t I received an email regarding my order?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping email, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, our emails get caught by overzealous filters!

8. How does Daring Littles handle my personal information?

Shipping & Returns

1. How long does standard shipping take?

For orders within Turkey and Western Europe, our standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days to arrive. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

2. Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have an account with us, you can also find tracking information under the “Orders” section in your account page.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to a variety of international locations.

4. What is Daring Littles' return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please visit our Exchange & Returns page for more information and to start your return.

5. How long does it take to process my refund?

Your refund will be completed within seven (7) business days from the moment the product reaches the company. After the return transaction is approved, credit card refunds will be made within five (5)
business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account in
the same statement period. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service.

6. I have a defective item. What doI do?

If your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the defect and offer a refund or exchange depending on the issue. Please note that we cannot accept returns for defects caused by improper care or handling.

7. Can I return an item from Little Originals?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items from Little Originals. Once an item is personalized with your chosen name or character, it becomes a unique piece just for your little one. Please make sure to double-check your customization details before placing your order. If you have
